Can I build my own house |
| Yes, as long as you and your family will live in your house a minimum of 12 months after completion, and you own your land, you can build your house in NC. However, if you are financing your construction, most loan institutions have strong policies against owner construction without a contractor's license. Do I need a licensed contractor to do remodeling or renovations |
| If your remodeling project or renovations total more than $30,000; you are required to use a licensed building contractor. Please give us a call and we can discuss your remodel project, your addition, or your renovations and guide you in the right direction. |

Does Bogue Banks Construction have building lots |
